A Little Life Update from the Ranch

Hello friends,

I wanted to take a moment to check in and share a little update. If you’ve noticed things have been a bit quieter than usual from Trusty Goats, there’s a reason for that.

Since our move, life has been moving at a whirlwind pace. Relocating the ranch, getting the animals settled, and helping the kids adjust to a new place has been quite the adventure. Anyone who has ever moved a farm knows it’s not just packing boxes — it’s moving an entire way of life.

In the middle of all of this, our family received some heartbreaking news. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer, and within just seven weeks, she passed away. It has been a tremendous shock for our family and a time of grief, reflection, and leaning on each other.

She was a wonderful woman who loved her family deeply, and she will be missed more than words can express.

Because of everything happening, I haven’t been able to stay on top of things the way I normally do — whether that’s posting updates, sharing new products, or keeping everyone in the loop. I appreciate your patience and kindness more than you know.

Even during difficult seasons, life on the ranch keeps moving. The goats still need milking, the animals still need care, and the kids still keep us busy. In many ways, the rhythm of ranch life has been comforting for our family during this time.

We are slowly finding our footing again, and I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things — sharing more about the ranch, new goat milk products, and the everyday moments that make this life so special.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Trusty Goats and our family. Your encouragement means the world to us.

From our family to yours,

Lynette
